1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved

A pinch of black pepper
1 red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
¼ cup cilantro, chopped


  1. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes with the olives and the other ingredients, toss and serve as a side salad.
