Shrimp and Walnuts Salad

2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

2 teaspoons chili powder
A pinch of black pepper
1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined

1 cup red grapes, halved
½ cup scallions, chopped
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped


  1. In a salad bowl, combine shrimp with the chili powder and the other ingredients, toss and serve for lunch.
