Scallions Omelet

4 eggs, whisked
A pinch of black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

2 scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped


  1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the scallions, stir and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the eggs mixed with the other ingredients, toss a bit, spread the omelet into the pan and cook for 7 minutes.
  3. Flip, cook the omelet for 6 minutes more, divide between plates and serve.
