½ pound smoked salmon, boneless, skinless and cubed
½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red onion, chopped
¼ cup tomatoes, cubed
½ cup mild salsa
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the salmon, toss and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, shrimp and the other ingredients, cook for 7 minutes more, divide into bowls and serve.
