Rice Bowls

1 cup white rice
2 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon ginger, grated

3 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder


  1. Put the milk in a pot, bring to a simmer over medium heat, add the rice and the other ingredients, stir, cook for 25 minutes, divide into bowls and serve.
