Pomegranate Yogurt

1 cup figs, halved
1 pear, cored and cubed
½ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup coconut sugar

2 cups non-fat yogurt


  1. In a bowl, combine the figs with the yogurt and the other ingredients, toss, divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
