Ingredients:
2 tablespoons basil pesto
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 pound green beans, trimmed and halved Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red onion, sliced
A pinch of black pepper
Directions:
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the onion, stir and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the beans and the rest of the ingredients, toss, cook over medium heat fro 10 minutes, divide between plates and serve.
