1 pound tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest, grated
2 tablespoons tarragon, chopped

A pinch of black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes with the other ingredients, toss and serve as a side salad.
