Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup basmati rice
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
¾ cup coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a pot, combine the milk with the rice and the other ingredients, stir, bring to a simmer and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Stir the mix again, divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
