Ingredients:
4 cups coconut milk
1 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, halved
½ teaspoon nutmeg, ground
Directions:
- Put the milk in a pot, bring to a simmer over medium heat, add the cornmeal and the other ingredients, toss, cook for 20 minutes, and take off the heat.
- Divide the porridge between plates and serve for breakfast.
