Berries Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup brown rice
2 cups coconut milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

1 cup blackberries
½ cup coconut cream, unsweetened

Directions:

  1. Put the milk in a pot, bring to a simmer over medium heat, add the rice and the other ingredients, cook for 20 minutes, and divide into bowls.
  2. Serve warm for breakfast.
